Here is the proven process for getting into that space –

1) humble yourself in the sight of the Lord and allow Him to have His way with you

2) receive healing from Him in the spaces you are still experiencing triggers

3) choose to step out in faith and obedience and DO the specific New ways of being He is calling you into

4) rinse well, repeat
