Want to stop walking on eggshells?
Dina walked on eggshells in her relationship with her brother, her dad, and her husband. Oh, yes, also her boss. What kept her from being honest when they asked for her input?
She deferred so much she felt invisible in all of those relationships. Why couldn’t she show up as she did with her friends or her work team?
Can you relate?
Most people can.
You KNOW that feeling… the dread, the gut twist, the thing that happens when we agree to do something we don’t want to do because we’re afraid someone else will have a fit.
I’ve had it, too.
And it’s not something only women struggle with, men do, too…
In this episode of What to Say & How to Say It, join me and my cool co-host, Shy Lewis, as we explore what’s really going on that keeps us from speaking up. Here’s the episode: 5 Tools to STOP Walking on Eggshells
Hey, I miss you!
I know I haven’t been blogging much – am hoping to get back to that as we share the podcast with you! Hopefully, you’ll find some benefit and can “level up” in your relationships. We’ve done around 20 episodes, prayer appreciated as while it comes out on Mondays, we’d like to get up to three a week sometime soon. You can subscribe to it literally anywhere.
Best part? The tips we share are based on Biblical principles and research.
We are HUGE fans of Dr.s John and Julie Gottman out of the University of Washington. They have been studying couples for 40-ish years, double-blind, gold-standard research. While we are even bigger fans of the Bible, we DO love how science reflects what’s been in that beautiful book for millennia! Not that we need the science, but it’s cool that it’s there, and no surprise, hello…
I have a gift for you, also! If you go to our website, you can grab a copy of a booklet titled, 5 Tools to STOP Walking on Eggshells.
Want to be able to tell the truth every day, even if you are worried it will ruin your relationships?

And can I just say, “thank you?”
You’ve been here a while, and I appreciate the support, encouragement, love, prayers, and feedback. If you want to leave me a note here regarding the Eggshells booklet or the podcast, I’d love to hear it! It’s all a bit of a bumpy start, but we are getting there!!
Love to you,
Nina
