Next week…
Can’t wait to get started…
Next week on WEDNESDAY (because I’ve been reminded by my friend, Sherri Wilson Johnson that we don’t have to kill ourselves to get things done…) we will start our journey together.
We’ll begin with laying a foundation… weaving Biblical Truth into practical application.
We’ll share some stories – I SO hope you will share yours! Just “subscribe” and read, maybe do with some friends, meeting once a week to have coffee and conversation. Foundations/Respect 101… It’s the ground work that Daughters is based upon.
And we will move forward.
We’ll also talk parenting – I can’t wait to share our Generations Parenting Course material with you! Our Operations Director has written this awesome course and is working on “The Respect Dare for Parents of Tweens, Teens, and Twenty-Somethings” and it should be awesome. You can meet her later today or early this coming week, depending on how much I get done today… 🙂
Can’t wait to get started!
Dare you to do ONE thing you used to do when you first started dating this weekend – do something FUN with your hub. Double dog dare you to share what it is/was here…
Love to you,
Nina
When I first met my husband we use to go fishing. Tomorrow is our 24 th wedding anniversary and we are going to spend the day fishing. We haven’t done this in years!
Keep it up! MAKE NEW GOOD MEMORIES. 🙂 Couples that play together stay together. Researched. True.
Hi Nina and all of my fellow sister /daughters … my husband (28 years) and I have just started meeting each other on Thursday evenings after work. At Mcdonalds … it’s fun .. even my Co workers think it’s cute : ) just a little thing but we sit and chat about our day over a burger and fries ..and no washing dishes afterwards ..
NICE. 🙂
Nina, I was just wondering if “The Respect Dare” book you are talking about by Mr. Nelson (?) is it the same one that you wrote just being re-published? Thank You, Lucy
This is a repub 🙂 by Thomas Nelson, the Christian publishing division (along with Zondervan) of Harper Collins. They have the rights to the book and will reach a world wide market, where Greater Impact cannot.
